CHERNOBYL: A BRIGHTER DAY
We are currently writing and curating a book about the human impact of life in the shadow of the Chernobyl nuclear disaster. The publication documents the lives of the residents of a children's mental asylum and orphanage in Belarus over the last decade.
A gripping, uplifting and at times heartbreaking narrative underpins candid photographs taken over the ten-year period, as well art, illustration and design commentaries, a selection of editorial contributions by leading lights in international humanitarian rights, and an accompanying soundtrack featuring Ireland’s greatest musicians.
